About Us

George is an Oklahoma native who adores all sorts of boxes and containers.  She was the managing partner for LuluFaboo Gifts and Goods, a successful gift shop that operated on Cherry Street for three years and garnered a Best New Business nomination during its first year of opening.  After deciding to close the store to relocate, she moved around the country for a while in search of an adventure. During this time she worked in retail merchandising for the Borders Group and eventually had the opportunity to her wonderful Tulsa roots.  George loves to figure out a puzzle, and her friends noticed that she was always ready to help clean out their closets.  Soon her knack for practical problem-solving and adapting to change led her away from corporate merchandising and into the world of organization.

Also active in the community, George is a director, actor, and teacher in the local theatre scene.  She is the current president of the Heller Theatre Council, member of the Tulsa Area Community Theatre Alliance and the Oklahoma Community Theatre Association, as well as a past board member for Theatre Tulsa.  Having directed for several area companies, she enjoys connecting with other artists in the area.  She has also studied Social and Behavioural Sciences at Rogers State University, specializing in Sociology and Political Science.  These skills have combined to give her a compassionate insight into the lives of others.

By helping others to get command of their stuff, George has found a way to have a positive impact on people.  Nothing makes her happier than to hear how much someone's life has changed for the better in their own home.  George believes that each individual collection of items has a personal story, and that a house doesn't have to be model perfect in order to be functional.  Her spare time is spent writing letters to friends and exploring the terrific array of locally-operated restaurants in Tulsa.
